Healing begins in relationship, and you don’t have to do it alone. Avery, is a licensed, trauma-informed therapist who helps individuals process past pain, regulate their nervous system, and move toward meaningful, lasting change.
Her work integrates EMDR, IFS (parts work), and somatic therapy, with the option to incorporate faith for those who desire. She is also an AcuDetox Specialist, offering the 5-NP ear acupuncture protocol to support stress reduction, anxiety relief, grounding, and emotional balance. This gentle, trauma-informed approach is especially helpful for calming the nervous system and supporting overall emotional wellbeing.
Sessions are available via telehealth, in person, or as walk-and-talk sessions. If you’re ready to support your healing from an integrated holistic approach book now to get started.
She would love to hear your story and explore if you are a therapeutic fit.

I believe that healing happens in the context of relationships, and am dedicated to cultivating a welcoming environment where clients can come as they are and work collaboratively towards their goals. I am also mindful to integrate a variety of evidence-based interventions in my treatment in order to produce the most positive outcomes in therapy.

Sydney is a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate who is passionate about walking alongside individuals in seasons of grief, transition, and emotional overwhelm. She works with kids, teens and adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, and loss, creating a space where clients feel both deeply supported and gently challenged toward growth.
Think “two pairs of shoes.”
It refers to a person that comes to walk alongside others.
Too many people attempt to journey down all the paths alone. There are times, and paths, when we need someone alongside to encourage, support, and help us.
